Even in climates such as Florida’s, skin can still feel the effects of the changing seasons. Cooler, drier winter air, combined with indoor heat, can leave the barrier tight, flaky, and a little sluggish. As temperatures and humidity climb, that same skin has to handle more oil, sweat, and sun all at once. These winter-to-spring skin changes are normal, but for many people, they lead to more clogged pores, breakouts, and irritation.
